Yoohoo Candy Mini Bites

Palmer

Here's the thing, I don't really like Yoo-hoo. I don't hate it, but I find it strange enough that it makes me feel unsettled whenever I drink it. This is likely because it is a milk like drink that does not require refrigeration, and that's just not right. Taste wise Yoo-hoo is OK, it always reminds me of a melted chocolate Popsicle, but not a Fudgecicle. The taste is therefore acceptable, but nothing I would go out of my way to seek out.

This leads me to these chocolate treats, which according to the package may not be made with any chocolate, but in fact might be "milk chocolate flavored" candies. If they are in fact milk chocolate flavored, they're also milk chocolate textured, because they seem to be very similar to milk chocolate texture wise. In fact, these are more milk chocolaty than Yoo-hoo itself, which makes this candy nothing like the drink it's trying to represent. This is the first fault of these candies.

The second fault of these candies is that they're very boring. When I first found these candies, I thought that they might have some kind of feature that would make them not only similar to Yoo-hoo, but at the very least something that would make them unique. That was not to be in the slightest. These are simply round bite sized balls of milk chocolate, and nothing else. The final problem with these is the one thing that may have made me enjoy these little bites, but alas it was not to be, and that's quality. Not only are these nothing like Yoo-hoo, and boring, but the milk chocolate isn't that great either.

These are pretty much small bite sized balls of disappointment and nothing else.
