I just don't get it. Why would you want sour apple and peanut butter together? When I first tried an Abba-Zaba, I was pleasantly surprised at how well a taffy and peanut butter mix could be. They got great marks for originality, and even cooler, it didn't taste too bad. But this I don't get. I say this after having tried it, too.

I know that some people do enjoy a little peanut butter on apples. If you haven't heard of this before, well, that's not really surprising. Apples are a pretty versatile fruit, apples and cheese are another popular team. To be honest, though, neither apples and peanut butter nor apples and cheese really do it for me. This treat not only doesn't do it for me because I'm not a big fan of the mix, but also because the fake sour apple flavour is just gross.

Even with just the apple taffy I don't know if I would want to munch it down. Mixed with peanut butter isn't helping at all. I've said it in past reviews - fake apple is just gross. I have yet to taste a fake apple flavour that I really like. Some I can tolerate more than others, but for the most part it just generally doesn't work.
