I have to be honest. I was not looking forward to eating these treats at all. I picked them up while shopping with a couple of friends, and I thought I would boast about all the "funny things" I'd eat for Candy Critic. I bought them, took them home, and then avoided looking at them for weeks. But now there's nothing left and I'm face to face with them and I don't know how it's going to go.

(A bite is taken)

Wow, I can't believe it! They’re not that bad! In fact, they’re really good. I have to say that they don't taste like real fruit at all, not that I was really expecting that. Their slightly sour sponge-toffee-like centre goes really well with the chocolate. The chocolate isn't the highest quality I've ever eaten, but they seem to be coated in both milk and dark chocolate. This combination really makes a difference. I have to admit that the watermelon flavour didn't cut it for me, but the rest are really good. Who would have thought?
