Yummy is a simple great way to describe this great little bar. It’s a great way to describe this bar because not only is the word “yummy” simple, but this bar is also simple. While it’s simple, it’s not the kind of simple that’s negative. It’s simple because it doesn’t turn you around, or make you think about life or your life choices (I’ve had a few candies in my day that have certainly made me think about my life choices). This bar is simply yummy, and sometimes that’s just what you want in a bar.

The first thing you have to realize is that it's not really a chocolate bar as much as it's a chocolate covered cookie. Bar like this are why we call the category on Candy Critic just “bars” and not “chocolate bars”. While chocolate is certainly a part of this bar, it’s not really the main theme. The Club Mint also has a great thin layer of mint cream on top of the cookie which gives it the perfect mint flavor. You combine this with the high quality of the chocolate, that would be because it's British, and you have a really nice combination of flavours and textures.

I think the only people that don’t like this bar would be people who don’t like chocolate and mint together. I get it, but I don’t agree with that. If you’re okay with this mix of flavours than you’ll like this bar for sure. Simply put, it’s a great little snack.
