Dairy Milk "with Caramel"

Wow, I mean wow, this is one fine bar. If you like the Caramilk Thick bar, you'll go crazy for this treat. The caramel is the nice high quality stuff; not too runny, just a little chewy. This is how caramel should be, when I see it pour out all over the place in commercials, all I think to myself is, "why do you want to show off the fact that your caramel is runny?" I’m also a really messy person so the idea of caramel getting everywhere is likely.

I don’t actually know what the difference between runny and chewy caramel actually is. I'm wondering if it's a taste choice or if it’s cheaper to produce one over the other. I have to check that out sometime and get back to you guys.

The chocolate in this bar is also really great, it is what you would expect from UK Dairy Milk. If you’ve never had a UK Dairy Milk bar, I can tell you that the chocolate is high quality and really tasty. The balance of caramel to chocolate is also just right: I'm not dying of thirst as often happens when there’s too much caramel, but I’m also not wishing there were more caramel either. This bar is, in my opinion, one of the best caramel type bars out there right now. It's nice to see a variation work, even though it’s a simple variation. This is a bar I strongly recommend you try.
