Looking for that ultimate ice cream experience, well look no further. It’s not surprising considering the pedigree of this bar. Haagen-Dazs is one of the most well known premium ice cream companies in the world. I seem to remember them being the first large scale ice cream company to offer tiny pints of premium ice cream at stores. I have fond memories of getting tubs of this ice cream as a kid, but only on special occasions.

Needless to say, this has got to be one of the best ice cream bars I've ever eaten. While the flavour combination is nothing you wouldn’t expect in an ice cream bar, the quality of ingredients makes it really great. The texture is great and the flavor is amazing. Not only does each ingredient taste great, but they’re also really well balanced. Too much caramel and it becomes sickly sweet, cheap chocolate… well cheap chocolate just ruins everything. You also don’t want that chocolate to over power, and it doesn’t.

The only problem I have with this bar is the price. These things cost a lot more than your average ice cream bar. It’s not the kind of thing that most kids could afford on a weekly allowance. The thing is, it tastes really great, so I guess as they say you get what you pay for.
