This candy really deserves two different ratings in my book. One of the ratings is how good a candy it is, the other is how good a candy it is to review. Candy wise this is a fine gummy candy. The texture is nice and soft and the flavours are fruity. Each colour does have a different flavour, but I wouldn’t call them distinct. Without the names of the flavours on the package, and the fact that they were all different colours, I’d probably have a hard time figuring out what flavour they’re supposed to be. In other words the flavours were a little fake, a little too subtle and were generally hard to figure out.

Having said all of that, these are perfectly fine gummy candies. I would however have a hard time believing that these are anyone’s favourite candies, or even favourite gummies. While they taste fine, they’re very average and maybe a little boring. This isn’t totally a bad thing, as there’s nothing horrible to surprise you, however there’s nothing amazing to surprise you either.

This is where the second rating comes into play, how good a candy it is to review. As a person that’s trying to give you details and insights into different candies, it’s really hard to write about candy that really doesn’t offer anything unique. Even the shape is nothing new at all. Gummies are amazing versatile candies that can come in all shapes, sizes and flavours. While I understand that you don’t always want to be bold or interesting, I can’t really give this candy bonus points for being boring.

I didn’t hate eating these at all, but I don’t think I’ll remember anything in particular about eating them either.
