Ritter Sport "Edel-Vollmilch"

Ritter Sport

Milk chocolate, plain and simple. The flavour of this chocolate is a nice milky cocoa; the texture is smooth and melty. It's a fine bar of chocolate, it's not the best chocolate I've ever tasted, but it's most certainly in the upper category of chocolate bars. There's nothing really special about this bar, but if you're craving milk chocolate this will most certainly do the trick.

So now what do I do. I've managed to explain this bar in one short paragraph, and that seems far too short for a review. Sure, some of my earlier reviews on this site are really short, but I've grown up since then, and I've started to give more detail when I talk about candy. Now I'm faced with a chocolate bar that really isn't that complicated at all, but for what it is, it's very nice.

My next problem is how do I rate this in the "novelty" category. I mean I was happy enough to eat this bar, but it didn't blow me away by any means. This bar is what it is, high quality milk chocolate made in Germany.

If you're looking for adventure in a bar, this isn't really the bar for you, if you just want a piece of milk chocolate, then it's a fine choice.
