Now don't get all wigged out or anything, but this particular treat had a great advantage over other similar treats I may have tasted. The advantage is I ate this truffle on the hottest day in Ottawa history, just to clear it up I live in Ottawa (at the time this was written). But that gives this particular treat a big advantage because when I bit into it the truffle, the soft middle just shot into my mouth like squirt gum, and that's a good thing I assure you. The high pressure squirt of chocolate filled every portion of my head with a sudden burst of chocolate.
I think I may work out the formula to do this to chocolate's in your microwave in the future. I think it's worth putting online so everybody can have the experience of having a chocolate explode in their mouth, it's important information. This chocolate not only exploded with flavour in my mouth, but it inspired as well. That's pretty impressive for what I can only describe objectively as an average chocolate. It's not the best chocolate in the world; the chocolate wasn't that smooth and it was a little overly sweet for dark chocolate.
I'm not too sure what to do. Do I like the chocolate or do I like the moment I ate it? It’s a tough call, but I have to give more credit to the moment I think.
